What is the Affiliate Partner code?
When you register for the Affiliate Partner program, you will receive a unique Affiliate Partner code for the site that you enter in the registration form in the blank entitled "URL to your site". The Affiliate Partner code is related to your user profile, and is used whenever you create an Affiliate Partner link to Smart Live Casino from that site. It's very important that you use the correct Affiliate Partner code because that's how the Affiliate Partner program registers that a visitor to Smart Live Casino was referred by your site.
Please note, that if you don’t use this code we can not connect you to your customers!
If you have multiple sites in your network, each site will have its own Affiliate Partner code that must be used only by that particular site.
My statistics don't seem to reflect the number of players I've referred.

1) Check that the link and the Affiliate Partner code are correct.
2) Remember that you will be compensated for referring only new Smart Live Casino customers. If a referred player is already a Smart Live Casino customer, compensation will be omitted.

When do I start making money?
Once you have become an Affiliate Partner (if you're not, then start by reading the Affiliate Partner Agreement and submitting the registration form), you will need to set up a manner of linking your site to Smart Live Casino. When visitors on your site click on your Affiliate Partner link to Smart Live Casino, they will be tracked by our system. After, the visitors you refer to Smart Live Casino has opened up an account and deposited money into this account to wager in the online games. You will receive a percentage of any resulting net gaming profits generated by the players you've referred.

What is "net gaming"?
Net Gaming per player is calculated as the player's casino account deposit minus the player's current account balance minus the player's casino account withdrawals. In other words, you will be compensated with a percentage of the amount a player loses by wagering in the online games.
My net gaming compensation has decreased from the previous month. What happened?
This means that one or more of the players you've referred to the casino have won in the online games. I have lost or forgotten my username and/or password, and cannot log in. What do I do?
Go to the User Recovery Page, and enter your e-mail address in the field. If there is a match for your address in the user database, you will receive an e-mail with your unique information.
